1. GENERAL APPLICATION

This Limited Warranty applies to all products, materials, components, and completed signage systems supplied under the Signacore brand by the Company.

This Warranty applies to both direct retail customers and approved resellers. Where products are resold, the warranty remains limited to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

The Company warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This includes raw materials, fabricated components, and completed signage systems.

Warranty Period: 12 months from date of invoice unless otherwise specified.

Remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or credit at the Company’s discretion.

3. COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS

Where materials are supplied only, the Company does not warrant installation or application outcomes.

Where full signage systems are supplied and installed, workmanship is covered subject to proper use and conditions.

No guarantee is provided on lifespan, colour stability, or performance in extreme environments.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must ensure correct installation, use, and maintenance.

Products must be inspected upon delivery and defects reported promptly.

5. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, environmental factors, electrical issues, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

Coastal corrosion, UV exposure, and third-party integration issues are specifically excluded.

6. CLAIM PROCEDURE

All claims must be submitted via email with proof of purchase, product details, and supporting photos.

The Company may request inspection or return of goods before approving claims.

Transport costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the claim is valid.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.

Liability is limited strictly to the original purchase value of the product.

No responsibility is accepted for structures, vehicles, or installation surfaces.

8. HIGH-RISK APPLICATIONS

Products are not intended for safety-critical or high-risk applications. Use in such environments is at the customer’s own risk.

9. ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES

Any extended or product-specific warranties must be provided in writing and may incur additional cost.

10. GENERAL TERMS

This warranty overrides all verbal agreements and may not be modified by resellers.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms without affecting past transactions.

Signacore is a registered trademark. All intellectual property remains the property of the Company.
